Words and music by George Harrison

Jay Wasco- solo  Egotar and Vocal

Recorded at The Cottage in Easton CT

Summer 2002

I heard Frank Sinatra said this is one of the best or as good as any love song ever written. I've always loved this song and its effortless movement in and out of different keys.  It's also special to me because it's the first thing I ever learned how to play on piano.  It's a great tune for Egotar because the top notes in the chord changes just kind of hang out while the bass keeps the gravity and does this kind of descending thing.

I hope you dig my little version of this song.  I know there's nothing quite like listening to it on Abby Road .

Here's a  partial set list of covers that I perform on this thing. At some point I hope to get around to recording all these. The Egotar is great instrument for writing songs but my  focus here is expanding as a player while producing some familiar  music that's easy to listen for a change.

I'm always available for solo performances in the tri-state  area. It's light and chill.
